Private Yoga Sessions

Book today by emailing Shana at [email protected]

Why choose Private Sessions instead of group yoga:

1. NO DISTRACTIONS! You know ALL of those cues and individual suggestions you get during classes at RedBloom? This is like that, but with the added benefit of being completely comfortable with no distractions!

2. A COMPLETELY PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE! Your private session will be completely customized to YOUR needs! Maybe your back just won't release, maybe you are feeling extra anxious and want to learn some new breathing techniques, maybe you simply want a practice that makes your entire body feel good  that you can return to again and again!

3. A JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE! If you've ever had questions during a yoga class but didn't want to ask for fear of judgement (even though our members would never judge) or you know the teacher has another class right after? THIS is the perfect opportunity to get ANY questions answered!

Private Yoga Sessions

$45 each or 1x weekly for $150 (4 sessions) or 2x weekly for $275 (8 sessions)

Trauma Sensitive

Trauma sensitive yoga is less about how poses are executed and more about the feeling of being in your own body. Establishing awareness and finding a sense of grounding can reconnect your mind and body in a way that feels secure and safe. The environment and low intensity postures are tailored to each individual’s own needs and desires.

Pre/Postnatal Yoga

Sessions can be tailored to wherever the mother is in the natal process and can support the mother mentally, emotionally, and physically. This practice can strengthen the spiritual connection between mother and child and continue during and after birth.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is an alternative for those that have the desire to participate in yoga but outside of the traditional sense. Here, we will use a chair to assist with support and still get to receive all of the benefits that yoga has to offer.

Pain Management

Chronic pain is an ever growing problem across the United States, in congruence with the potential for opioid addiction. Pain management yoga can target problem areas at the source to relieve that pain naturally.
