*What should I wear?
-Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in. *For Aerial Yoga we have also found that wearing shirts with sleeves (like t-shirts) is much more comfortable than tank tops.
What should I bring?
-You are welcome to bring a water bottle, a yoga mat, and any other props or items that will make your practice more comfortable for you.
Should I eat first?
-We recommend that you eat at least 2 hours before practicing. *With Aerial Ascension Yoga this is a bit different. If you are prone to motion sickness, it is better to have a small amount of food in your stomach before class- a light snack like fruit, nuts, or cheese.
